• Send account-related emails (verification, invites, alerts).
• Improve performance and features and diagnose issues.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Visibility within the organization

Data you create inside your organization is shown according to your role and the visibility settings configured by your organization admin. Drafts remain private to their author and contributors and are not visible to other members.

4. Service providers

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to deliver the service (such as Convex for servers and database, and Resend for email delivery). Each provider commits to protection standards appropriate to the data they process on our behalf.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain your organization's data for as long as the account is active. Upon deletion or termination, we delete the data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
